General Generator Spares
The image to the left shows a selection of our AVR's (automatic voltage regulator) as used on modern brushless alternators. Also shown are engine control modules, (e.g Modex units which are normally available ex-stock). Electrical components of standby generators often work 24 hours per day and are more likely to require replacement than other components, hence we have specialised in keeping a stock of electrical parts. PTO Spares
We have in stock a large range of spares for PTO generators. However components such as BKB Diode Boards can be repaired at a lower cost. eing used on Magnete generating sets. As PTO generators are mainly used as standby generators, dampness is the major cause of component failure rather than wear and tear due to usage. We therefore recommend that PTO generators are always installed in a dry place, preferably fitted with an anti condensation heater, which can in most cases can be retro fitted by a qualified electrician
